Case Manager and CBRS

Always A Way (AAW) has job openings for positive, self-driven individuals that are passionate about assisting individuals living with mental health in Boise. The objective for this position is to connect participants to community resources and assist in skill building within the participant's environment of choice, while preventing transition to a higher level of care. Case Management and Community Based Rehabilitation (CBRS) services intend to help participants gain access to greater behavioral, medical and / or social services when unable to do so independently.

If you enjoy helping people from all walks of life, CBRS may be the job for you! CBRS workers assist clients in practicing what they learn in counseling in the real world, maximizing their independence. Experience and PRA certification is a plus, but we are MOST concerned with finding the perfect fit for our team of people who truly care and are willing to train.

This position is part time but can develop into full time.

Wages 23 to 30 based on experience
