Inventory & Reconciliation Specialist

Location : Lewiston, ID

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible)

Pay : $25 / HR

About the Role :

Join a detail-driven team that keeps warehouse and accounting operations running smoothly. Youll research and resolve discrepancies in shipments, invoices, and inventory data ensuring everything balances accurately between systems. Ideal for someone who loves data, problem-solving, and a good spreadsheet challenge!

What You'll Do :

Reconcile warehouse inventory and correct shipment data
Research and fix invoice or system errors
Process credit requests, field rejects, and damaged goods claims
Review and verify storage invoices for accuracy
Communicate with accounting and warehouse teams to resolve issues

What Were Looking For :

Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Professional written and verbal communication

Organized multitasker with analytical thinking

Previous experience in inventory, accounting support, or data reconciliation required
