Descripción del trabajoProven experience with QuickBooks and tax preparation software. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Lacerte tax software is preferred. Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills. Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Tax Preparer
Central Marin - Hybrid role in San Rafael, CA
Compensation : Base salary $110,000–$130,000
We're on the hunt for a friendly and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer to support our wonderful clients! If you have strong multitasking skills and love communicating with people, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly and annual closings and create journal entries.
- Maintain accurate vendor information and ensure prompt disbursement processing.
- Prepare financial statements for several clients.
- Support tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
- Execute tasks as instructed by management.
