Join Our Team as an Intermodal Truck Driver!

Job Overview :

Are you a skilled CDL-A licensed driver looking for a fulfilling career with great pay and work-life balance? As an Intermodal Truck Driver, you will primarily haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, ensuring efficient transport with minimal hassles.

Average Weekly Pay : $1,250-$1,530

Home Time : Every other week

Experience Required : 3 months or more of CDL experience

  • Primarily drive in and out of railyards in AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, and VA.
  • Enjoy 95% no-touch freight, with 60% drop-and-hook operations.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Competitive mileage and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Paid orientation to welcome you to the team.
  • Accrue paid time off after just 6 months, along with 6 holidays paid each year.
  • Annual bonus potential of up to 3% of annual gross pay.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Tanker endorsement is preferred.
  • HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hiring; Schneider provides training to help secure this.
  • Must reside within 40 miles of Jacksonville, FL.
  • Minimum of 3 months of Class A driving experience.
