CNC Programmer / Machinist

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced

Machine Operator – Level 3

to support advanced manufacturing operations producing high-precision elevator components. This senior-level role involves complex machining, CNC setup and troubleshooting, quality control, and mentoring junior operators while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate and set up manual / CNC lathes for complex, tight-tolerance parts

Program, edit, and troubleshoot machine controls

Perform advanced setups, tool calibration, and preventive maintenance

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (CMM, micrometers, gauges)

Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and process improvements

Mentor and train Level 1 & 2 operators

Ensure safety, quality, and lean / 5S compliance

Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.
