Job Description

As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol Unarmed in Sparrows Point, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will contribute to a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
