Descripción del trabajoProudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care 1.0 FTE EMR system is EPIC Clinic Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 am - 5 : 30pm Base compensation $127k - $141k. With productivity and patient satisfaction measures, total potential compensation ranges from $149k - $200k $15k Hiring Bonus $20k Relocation Allowance Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed) 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date Medical, dental, and vision benefits at no out-of-pocket cost to employees Great personal leave time Eight holidays per year $3,100 annual CME allowance with five days (40 hours) of CME time Profit-sharing plan 401a 403b retirement plan Automatic life insurance policy Employee assistance program and much more!

- located in Central Washington and only 15 miles from Yakima. Wapato is a small, tight-knit community where people often know each other. Opportunity
Seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), who is passionate about community health and family medicine. This is a full-time opportunity (1.0 FTE). EMR is EPIC. Facility offers a 6 month ramp up to all providers that onboard. Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care.
Compensation
Competitive starting salary- $127,000. With productivity and patient satisfaction measures, total potential compensation ranges from $149k - $200k
