Job Description
The IT Service Desk Analyst will provide first level of technical support to the customer.
The analyst will require an aptitude for working with applications / systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of the issues and will be performing request fulfillment.
Receive calls, chats, emails, and web tickets to address the issues and request fulfillment.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Fluency in the English language.
dept in both software and hardware related troubleshooting.
Experienced in handling Active Directory Users and Directory (password resets, unlocks, account creation / schema, access provisions).
