The Multimedia Coordinator role is responsible for the creation of visual marketing assets for all brands as directed by the Marketing Director. From concept to execution, this role will improve the user experience with Huish's brands, achieve optimal engagement and bring Huish's brands to life across all sales and marketing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- 60% videography and motion graphics
 - Produce, edit and maintain product launch videos for any Huish-owned brand
 - Produce, edit and maintain "how-to" videos for any Huish-owned brand
 - Produce, edit and maintain digital animations such as brand stingers and GIFs for websites and social media
 - Produce, edit and maintain Oceanic+ app videos as needed
 - Collaborate and ideate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for all campaigns and product launches
 - 20% product photography
 - Responsible to produce, edit and maintain all product photography for any Huish-owned brand
 - Use AI tools to create compelling images needed for various platforms
 - Work with Marketing Director and Brand Managers on new product launches to organize samples for visual asset needs
 - Organize product photos to be shared both internally and externally with Huish partners
 - Work with Marketing Director to supply new product and lifestyle images and videos for social media use
 - Coordinate with marketing team to supply new product and lifestyle images for B2B and Databank websites
 - Create digital assets needs for new and current products, marketing campaigns, App Store, etc. as directed by Marketing Director
 - 20% photo editing of lifestyle and product photography :
 - Edit lifestyle images submitted by ambassadors for use internally and externally with Huish partners
 - Edit product images as needed for use internally and externally with Huish partners
 - Other :
 - Image / video organization and management, including tagging images in ambassador submissions, renaming files to match Huish's naming convention, filtering images / videos by brand / environment, etc.
 - Manage external teams and contractors for content and photo shoots as needed
 - Continuously challenge and optimize videography and photography for maximum engagement and strong brand communication
 - Maintain the integrity of individual brands' visual styles while finding new and exciting ways to challenge and expand on the brands' image and reach
 - Maintain a strong consideration of UX principles, marketing objectives and target audience in all UI designs
 - Perform other duties as assigned
 
Job Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
High School Diploma or GEDBachelor's degree in Film, Video or Photographic Arts preferred3 years of relevant professional work experience as videographer and photographer preferredExperience developing motion graphicsStrong photo editing skillsDigital asset organizationExpert skills in Adobe SuiteProficient in Adobe XD and / or alternate digital prototyping softwareStrong time management, organizational and problem-solving skillsAdditional skills preferred : Previous experience with B2C retail brands and an experienced scuba diver or outdoors water enthusiastTravel less than 5%Physical Activities include long periods of time sitting, using eye hand coordination. Strong dependence on eyes to see clearly photos and videos. Long periods on a computer that may emulate blue light. Able to navigate small spaces. Able to lift up to 15 lbs. periodically. Able to bend, stoop and squat as needed.
