Full-Time : 40 hours | Outpatient | Private Practice

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our medical team in delivering world-class patient care. This role blends clinical excellence, empathy, and teamwork in a calm, private outpatient setting.

You’ll :

  • Assist with Ketamine Infusions, TMS sessions, and Spravato treatments .
  • Take vitals, document in the EHR, and support patient monitoring and recovery.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and manage medical supplies.
  • Educate and support patients throughout their care journey.
  • Collaborate closely with providers and care coordinators.
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative work, including but not limited to : scheduling, communicating with prospective patients and patients via phone, email, text, and fax. Collecting payments, assisting with insurance billing, prior authorizations, and more.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Full-time, in-person, Monday through Friday
  • Current CMA (AAMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA) certification required.
  • BLS required
  • 1–2+ years clinical experience, preferably in outpatient psychiatry.
  • Experience with Ketamine, TMS, or Spravato strongly preferred.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Proficient with EHR and basic tech tools.
