Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist, Sponsor Support.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, scrub, and upload participant level account data accurately and efficiently

Analyze and reconcile reporting related to non-discrimination testing and collaborate with the Compliance & Government Reporting team

Calculate complex employer matching contributions and ensure proper report generation based on plan documents

Required Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in a financial services operations environment

At least 1 year of experience in Defined Contribution plan administration

Strong ability to read and interpret 401(k) Retirement Plan Documents

Advanced data analysis and technology proficiency

Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
