Red Mountain Weight Loss is seeking a Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our public-facing websites and internal web tools. This role will implement modern, high-quality web experiences using WordPress, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. You’ll collaborate with the CTO, marketing, design, and technology teams to deliver performant, accessible, and user-friendly web solutions that support the company’s digital growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites and supporting front-end components
• Build responsive, modern web applications using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and marketing requirements into technical solutions
• Implement UI / UX best practices to ensure accessible, high‑performing experiences
• Improve website performance, SEO, and cross‑device compatibility
• Support deployment, hosting, and configuration across cloud / CDN platforms (Cloudflare, AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve web issues in staging and production environments
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to development standards
• Contribute to Agile development processes, including sprint planning and stand‑ups
• Document features, technical decisions, and implementation details
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and frameworks
