As the Front Desk Customer Service Representative at the

• in Tulare, you’ll be the welcoming face of our facility, ensuring every visitor’s experience is positive and memorable. With flexible hours, you’ll create a friendly and efficient environment for guests and staff, manage our innovative tool and induction lending libraries by assisting users with checkouts and returns, and support hands-on training sessions and equipment demonstrations by preparing materials and assisting our expert team. You’ll also play a key part in keeping our workplace safe, organized, and running smoothly, while providing helpful, on-the-spot support to customers with questions about their billing or energy services.
