Orangetheory Fitness is more than a workout—it’s a community. We’re looking for a high-energy, passionate Fitness Coach to lead our heart-pumping, science-backed group classes.

What We’re Looking For

You bring the energy and motivation—our members bring the hustle. Ideal candidates are experienced in personal or group training, love coaching, and are ready to inspire. We are seeking a Coach who has availability to Coach 8+ sessions per week and has midday availability during some weekdays.

Compensation & Perks

Requirements
• Current CPR/AED
• Approved fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, etc.)
