The Sales Manager for Senox is responsible for fostering strong relationships between the company, its customers, and employees to drive the business forward, leading to profitable growth and success for all.
What Will The Job Be
- Train new Customer Reps and develop exiting Customer Reps
- Provide for overall steady growth of profitable top-line revenues through the steady increase of units sold at Senox Branches
- Grow the average active customers at Senox
- Oversee and provide leadership to the Customer Reps for Senox
- Partners with Branch Operations to get intelligence that assists in the acquisition and development of customers
- Partners with the Marketing Team to provide feedback on active campaigns
- Maintains the Senox Culture in all their dealings
- Prioritizes personal growth and development as a leader
