Urgent Care Physician, Outpatient, Employed - 1 hr. from Atlanta, GA

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Urgent Care - Nonprofit regional health system serving a nine-county area of west Georgia and east Alabama is seeking a BE|BC Urgent Care Physician for their outpatient practice located approx. one-hour West of Atlanta.

The position is for an Urgent Care physician in the outpatient clinic. Clinic operates 7 days a week; Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM and Weekends, 8 AM to 5 PM. Physician works a flexible, block schedule which includes some - every other weekend coverage.

Provider has the option to work 3| 12-hour shifts each week. Physician will join 2 providers (1 physician & 1 APP) in clinic from 8 am - 6 pm on weekdays. Urgent Care Clinic Services include - On-site digital x-ray, Minor suturing, Seeing at least 2 patients per hour on a normal day. Nurse Practitioner onsite as well. DOT certification required or may be obtained within 90 days of on-boarding. EPIC EMR. Full time position, paid hourly with bonus potential & full benefits. Clinic qualifies for public service loan forgiveness.
