Key Responsibilities

Handle multiple files, including complaints, pleadings, and hearing preparation

Provide input to management regarding ongoing improvements in the New York process

Manage a caseload including attending trials, discovery, hearings, and drafting pleadings and motions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Foreclosure

Licensed to practice in New York

Minimum of 1 year of litigation and courtroom experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in creditor rights

Strong computer skills
