JOB OVERVIEW

  • Job Type : Permanent (Full-Time)
  • Location : Mountain Home, Arkansas
  • Service Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services
  • Coverage Type : Urology
  • Coverage Period : Ongoing

FACILITY INFORMATION

  • Surgical Suites : 11 suites in the Main OR and 6 in the Outpatient Surgery Center
  • Robotic Systems : Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 available
  • Call Schedule : 1 : 4
  • Hospital Coverage : Single hospital coverage
  • Administrative Support : Strong and supportive leadership and staff

    • PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Patient Demographics : Adult patients
  • Patient Volume : Not specified
  • Case Mix : General urology and surgical cases

    • PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Hospital Privileges : Required
  • Credentialing Timeline : To be determined

    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary : Competitive base salary ($500,000+) plus production bonus
  • Relocation Assistance : Provided
  • Loan Repayment : Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (non-profit status)

  • General urologic surgeries
  • Robotic-assisted urologic procedures using Da Vinci systems

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Arkansas medical license or eligibility
  • Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Experience : Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver comprehensive urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Perform surgeries and procedures utilizing advanced OR technologies
  • Participate in call coverage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
