State Licensed Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Product & Regulatory Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Advise engineering, product, and design teams on legal and regulatory requirements during product development

Evaluate partnerships and provide legal guidance on privacy and regulatory risks

Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose effective solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in legal departments, law firms, or governmental agencies

Knowledge of consumer protection laws and their implementing regulations

JD and a member of a state bar

Experience with SaaS-related privacy and security issues is a plus

In-house product counsel experience at a financial services or fintech company is a bonus
