Application Engineer (Controls) / Channel Support Specialist

Provide exceptional support to channel partners, internal sales team, and customers. You will be the first point of contact for the transactional and operations questions, issue and complaint resolution, and tracking, as well as advocate for the channel partners across the factories. The Channel Support Specialist will act as the first escalation point to assisting the sales team to help resolve issues with channel partners and customers.

In addition, you will be responsible

for coordinating and training channel partners on ABB tools available to them for their transactional and operational needs. You will directly interact with customers, channel partners, factories, sales team, and channel team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Maintain strong relationships with Sales Management within Client and within Channel Partners
• Initiate, maintain and improve communications with feeder factories to support Channel Partners
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve Channel and Customer Satisfaction and grow Sales.
