Descripción del trabajoMinimum 2 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience. Strong knowledge of California employment laws (FEHA experience preferred, training available). Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Location : Los Angeles, CA (Remote)

Our client is a highly regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm, recognized for its cutting-edge work and named among the top 2024 class action settlement firms across three different counties.
They are seeking an Employment Attorney with at least 2 years of plaintiff-side experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload with a focus on FEHA claims and wrongful termination matters .
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and litigate plaintiff-side employment law cases, including FEHA and wrongful termination claims.
- Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with colleagues on strategy to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications :
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $140k –$200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
