Hours Per Week : 37.5

Schedule : 12 hour night shift, 7p-7a; every other weekend rotation

Sign-On Bonus : up to $15,000

SUMMARY : Join our dedicated team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality respiratory care. You will utilize your expertise to assess patients and collaborate in developing tailored care plans. Your skills will be essential in managing patient respiratory needs, including critical situations. You will also assist in educating hospital staff through in-service programs as necessary. Flexibility in scheduling is vital, with potential for variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the Respiratory Director to align operational goals with strategic plans.
• Operational Performance : Monitor operational objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Quality & Safety Improvement : Implement evidence-based indicators and continuous improvement processes.
• Financial & Resource Management : Assist in managing operations to achieve financial standards while ensuring efficiency.
• Customer Service Excellence : Provide outstanding service, prioritizing the needs of patients and staff.

UNION : 1199-721 - LPN & Technical (CPH)

Note : Not all per diem roles are union eligible

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

PAY RANGE : $35.42 - $52.55

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. Pay is determined by experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
