Achieve Nursing and Rehab in Liberty, NY is looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our awesome in-house rehab team!

CFY? No problem – we offer great mentorship

Per diem also available : $55 - $65 / hr

In-house therapy team – not contracted out

What You’ll Be Doing :

Evaluate residents for speech, language, swallowing, or cognitive needs

Create and carry out personalized treatment plans

Help residents improve their communication and swallowing abilities

Work with families and caregivers to support each resident’s progress

Use AAC (augmentative / alternative communication) tools when needed

Collaborate with other medical professionals for testing (MBSS, FEES)

Document everything accurately and on time

Be part of a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team

Help train care staff and restorative nursing team

Keep residents safe, supported, and respected

What You’ll Need :

Master’s in Speech Language Pathology

NY State license (or in process)

CFY candidates welcome and encouraged!
