Descripción del trabajoThis role is ONSITE Meeting with stakeholders to assess current needs and requirements. Building out those requirements in SharePoint Online. Migrating relevant data to SPO or Microsoft Teams. Securing sign-off on all changes or deletions upon completion for each site. Design, build, deliver, and support SharePoint solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SPO solutions. Support data migration efforts and validate post-migration results. Ensure compliance with Harris County governance and security standards. Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, providing clear updates and documentation. Hands-on experience designing, building, delivering, and supporting SharePoint solutions (2013, 2016, or 2019). Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and the SharePoint security model . Experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365, Teams, and Azure platforms. Proficiency with : Windows Server 2012R2 or greater SQL Server 2012 or greater Active Directory IIS v7 or greater Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or XP). Excellent interpersonal and written / oral communication skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to learn or existing knowledge of ShareGate and InfoWise Ultimate Forms . Experience with PowerShell scripting . Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform . Hands-on experience building PowerApps and Power Automate flows .
