Civil Project Manager

Position Summary

Join HSQ Group, an HFW partner firm as a Project Manager in Private Sector Land Development and lead exciting projects to success! As a key player in our organization, you will oversee a team of at least two designers, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in Civil 3D and stormwater management will be crucial in delivering high-quality results. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Professional Engineer (PE) license, which offers higher pay. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and lead a team will be essential in maintaining strong client relationships and achieving project goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of land development projects, including planning, design, and implementation. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, as it will enhance communication with a diverse client base. This role demands a proactive leader who can navigate complex projects, mentor team members, and drive innovation.
