Position Summary :
Our client, a growing provider of in-home care services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support its finance operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in QuickBooks. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for reconciliations and transactional accounting duties that ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
Upload journal entries and match them with corresponding bank transactions.
Reconcile charges and payments from each account to the correct category in QuickBooks.
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
