Overview

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their growing team in Madison Heights. This position focuses on providing personalized therapy services to children with physical and cognitive challenges. Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional assessments to guide therapy and placement

Develop and oversee individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

Monitor and analyze patient progress using data-informed adjustments

Design and adapt curriculum based on therapeutic needs

Supervise and support program staff as needed

Lead parent training sessions to ensure consistency across environments

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including BCBA, SLP, and others

Maintain clear documentation and submit reports to insurance providers

Stay updated on best practices and new therapeutic methodologies

Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher

Valid OTR license in the state of Michigan

Minimum 1 year of experience in a pediatric or ABA-focused setting
