Our growing company is looking for the right candidate to be the main point of contact for customers. Strong interpersonal skills and patience are a must in this dynamic role. You are familiar with dispatch systems, data entry, answering multi- phone lines, and dealing with customers in person, helping them with their vehicles. The position we are looking for is a Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm, rotating weekends and holidays, guaranteeing 40 hours + 10 hours overtime a week. We are looking for someone to fill the dispatch position and become part of our family.

Compensation : $15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Track dispatch service calls and arrival times
• Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
• Create and change service calls when needed
• Remove belongings from the vehicle.
• Answer multiple phone lines
• Data Entry and answering emails
