Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Solution Technicians and Solution Engineers to deliver exceptional post-sales services
Oversee the execution of billable project services and assessments, ensuring alignment with customer needs
Collaborate with the PMO to plan, schedule, and bill professional services projects while maintaining SLA commitments
Required Qualifications
3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams in service delivery or post-sales support
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in industrial automation or networking markets
Strong understanding of industrial automation networking principles
Experience in managing project lifecycles, including planning and execution
