Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for diverse patient populations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and adjust as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and performance targets.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest speech therapy techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Educate patients and families on speech and language strategies for home use.
Utilize data and feedback to improve therapy practices and patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior therapists and interns.
