Schedule Night shift, 3x12 Hour shifts (19 : 00 - 07 : 00), weekdays and some weekends. Job Description The Stepdown / Immediate Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide care for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and assessment following more complex medical interventions. The nurse will work in a collaborative environment, supporting patient recovery and stability while working with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and cardiac telemetry. Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy. Perform patient assessments and document care in the Cerner charting system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Stepdown Unit or similar setting. 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical / Telemetry nursing. Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Ability to read cardiac strips and manage telemetry. Familiarity with IV therapy, phlebotomy, and patient care protocols. Why ARMStaffing?
