Key Responsibilities
Build new user-facing experiences and scale internal infrastructure for a Customer Support platform
Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions and drive delivery
Design intelligent automation to efficiently resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with high growth startups
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of building end-to-end high-scale product experiences as a full-stack engineer
Experience with Python on backend and / or Postgres databases is a plus
Experience with Next.js on Web or Native mobile development
