POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Supply Planning Manager will lead supply and production planning for our plant-based product line, ensuring optimal product availability, efficient inventory levels, and alignment with our sustainability and service goals. This role bridges operations, procurement, and commercial teams to drive an agile, data-driven supply plan that supports innovation and growth.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Supply & Production Planning

• Develop and execute the master production schedule for the plant-based portfolio.
• Translate sales forecasts into feasible supply and capacity plans, balancing cost, lead times, MOQs, service, and inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of key plant-based ingredients and packaging materials.
• Work closely with the copacker to ensure alignment of our production needs and cadence
