Descripción del trabajoEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, hands-on interventions, and use of modalities to improve patient function and mobility Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTAs, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (Meditech) Treat a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, pediatric, and general physical therapy needs Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am-4 : 30 pm (flexible options available : 8 : 00-5 : 00, 8 : 30-5 : 30, or 4 / 10s) No nights, weekends, or on-call (except for minimal quarterly hospital coverage rotation) Multiple hospital outpatient clinics hiring Competitive salary : $68,182 - $112,500 annually Sign-on bonus : $5,000 Relocation assistance Student loan repayment program Comprehensive benefits package : HSA / FSA, Life / AD&D Insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability, EAP program Retirement : 401k with employer match and discretionary contributions Malpractice insurance covered PTO : Up to 168 hours annually in the first year, plus holidays & 1 personal day 8-12 patients per day (30-40 min appointments) Patient mix : 45% general physical therapy, 30% pre / post-op (including total joint replacements), 15% pediatrics, 5% neuro, 5% sports Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Current Iowa Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care 40 Minutes to Des Moines, Iowa Friendly, welcoming community with a strong sense of local pride and engagement Affordable cost of living with a range of housing options, from historic homes to modern developments Excellent schools, youth programs, and family-oriented amenities Abundant outdoor recreation : parks, walking / biking trails, lakes, and nearby nature areas Vibrant cultural scene with local festivals, community events, and historic landmarks Safe, low-crime environment ideal for families and professionals
Physical Therapist (Full-Time) Iowa Regional Health System - South Central Iowa (Multiple Locations Available) About Us
Our Health System offers a full array of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for people of all ages. Our skilled and compassionate team provides individualized care using evidence-based therapies, state-of-the-art technology, and a patient-first approach. We are currently seeking full-time Physical Therapists to join our growing rehabilitation department across multiple clinic locations.
