Role Summary

We are seeking a Pilot Implementation Specialist to coordinate and manage the successful execution of innovation pilots across multiple sites. This role serves as the central point of contact for pilot planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring each initiative is delivered smoothly and measured effectively.

You’ll work closely with site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage logistics, define KPIs, and capture lessons learned. Your contributions will directly inform the organization’s broader innovation strategy and help scale successful pilots into long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage pilot logistics including scheduling, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and documentation

Help define success criteria and establish consistent methods for collecting pilot data across sites

Serve as liaison between pilot sites, vendors, and internal innovation teams to ensure smooth execution

Monitor pilot progress, anticipate challenges, and coordinate timely solutions with relevant teams

Document lessons learned, challenges, and best practices to refine the pilot playbook

Consolidate pilot data into clear summaries and updates for leadership and program analysts

Key Requirements

3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or operations

Exposure to technology pilots or facilities innovation preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pilots simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both frontline staff and executives

Proactive problem solver with high attention to detail and follow-through

Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Asana)

Skilled in data management tools such as Excel or Google Sheets

Willingness to travel occasionally for pilot launches or site visits
