RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered clinical care.
• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments, using relevant physical, psychological, educational, and risk-screening data tailored to each patient's age and development.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, documenting and sharing patient assessments and utilizing available resources to address the needs of patients and families.
• Develop and document personalized care plans that align with patient needs, strengths, limitations, and goals.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including medication administration and documentation standards.
• Revise care plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations and ensure accurate documentation.
• Participate in clinical research by completing at least one Clinical Research Utilization (CRU) formSubmit a research article from the past five years conducted in the United States to the Nursing Research Department.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Medium Work - Occasionally exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force, or frequently exerting 10 to 25 pounds of force. This role requires constant movement including walking, standing, or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. Pay may be adjusted in the future and is eligible for additional components, determined by experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, and contracts.
