The Marriage and Family Therapist will be required to provide, evaluate, and develop individualized plans for individuals, families, and teenagers. Provide a variety of interventions that will focus on problem-solving, cognitive behavior modification, brief psychodynamic therapy, coping skills, substance abuse treatment, and other evidence-based practice techniques.

The Marriage and Family Therapist will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, marriage and family therapists, licensed clinical social workers, and medical support staff.

Minimum Qualifications :

Experience

Minimum of two (2) years of post-graduate experience in a behavioral health setting is required.

Education

Master's degree from an accredited program.

License, Certification, Registration

All applicants must have a valid and current CA MFT / LCSW license.
