Senior Principal Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Software Engineer (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the technical vision for multi-control plane architecture and lead design and implementation efforts

Architect solutions for enterprise organizations managing workloads across various environments, balancing complexity and usability

Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to translate enterprise requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in technical leadership roles

Proven track record in designing and scaling container workload management platforms for large organizations

Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals and cloud-native architectures

Experience leading complex technical initiatives from concept to production at scale

Strong understanding of control plane design patterns and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
