We're seeking a highly experienced Trial Attorney Manager to lead a team of litigators and drive successful outcomes for clients across the state. This is a rare leadership opportunity for a results-oriented attorney looking to make a significant impact at a top-tier firm using innovative legal tech and proven strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of trial attorneys for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
• Oversee litigation strategy and ensure case quality across team portfolios
• Knowledge and skill to enforce Firm policies and procedures
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational success and client satisfaction

Requirements :

Proven experience managing litigation teams and attorneys

Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking in high-volume environments

Proven litigation experience

Has tried cases to verdict

Able to provide list of cases tried to verdict

Able to manage attorney for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
