Nurse Manager (RN) - Recuperative Care Center

Salary : $109,700 to $130,400 Annually

Requirements to apply

Current California RN license

Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

35 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory or management roles

Minimum 4 years experience in ambulatory care settings

Maintain current CPR certification by American Heart Association

Experience with underserved populations, including homelessness and substance use disorders

Knowledge of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and public health best practices

Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Overview

As Nurse Manager, you will lead a nursing team providing interim housing and medical care to eligible patients who are homeless and medically stable.
