About the Role
We’re seeking a Level 1 Instructional Designer to join our Training Team within the Customer Center. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with 1–2 years of instructional design experience who is passionate about building engaging, learner-centered training materials. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop, and maintain digital learning experiences that support customer service operations.
What You’ll Do
Develop and update training content for our customer service systems using Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise) or similar e-learning tools.Design engaging, interactive digital courses, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), videos, and microlearning modules.Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to transform complex information into clear and effective learning materials.Conduct learning needs analyses and define learning objectives aligned with business goals.Create quizzes, assessments, and interactive elements to reinforce learning and track progress.Maintain and update existing courses based on feedback, new processes, or product updates.Utilize Google Suite for collaboration, content management, and documentation.Stay current with instructional design trends, AI-assisted learning tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve learning outcomes.What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or training.Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline / Rise) or similar authoring tools.Experience using Google Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have).Exposure to or experience with AI-based learning tools .Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Portfolio or samples of work showcasing e-learning or multimedia training projects.Company Description
