About you

We're now hiring a New York-based Account Executive to be our 10x sales machine in the US - a full cycle selling superhero who is OBSESSED with bringing our AI platform to enterprise commercial real estate companies across North America. We need an ambitious, results-driven individual with experience closing high-ACV deals at lightning speed, who can test, learn, and adapt their approach at breakneck speeds in the ever-evolving B2B SaaS landscape.

That's right, we need you to be our efficiency engine. As our Account Executive, you're not just here to hit your quota - you're here to redefine what's possible from a single sales rep. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll collaborate closely with the commercial team to optimize our US sales motion, test new approaches and steer our commercial efforts towards long-term success.

You're incredibly driven and have a proven track record of exceeding targets through smart execution and rapid iteration. You understand that in early-stage companies, exceptional individual performance today creates the foundation for category leadership tomorrow. You're the type of person who sees a process and immediately thinks "how can I make this 3x more efficient?"

You are a proven full cycle sales professional with deep AI / SaaS expertise and a growth hacker mindset. Your experience closing complex enterprise deals - coupled with your ability to rapidly test, learn, and optimize your approach makes you the perfect person to grow our commercial efforts in the US.

More on the role

Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will prove what world-class individual sales performance looks like. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working in close partnership with the commercial team to drive aggressive growth goals. You will :

Drive Explosive Revenue Growth 🚀

Own and smash aggressive individual revenue targets, building toward $1M+ in personal ARR

Execute our enterprise sales strategy, focusing on six and seven-figure deals with major US real estate companies

Develop hyper-efficient sales processes that maximize your individual output and impact

Lead Market Discovery 📈

Establish Fifth Dimension as the category leader in AI-powered real estate technology across the US

Identify and penetrate key market segments, from large property management companies to global real estate investment firms

Test and iterate US-specific messaging at lightning speed, constantly optimizing your approach

Master Sales Efficiency 🎯

Design and implement world-class personal sales methodologies and processes that maximize your individual performance

Establish personal metrics and tracking systems that demonstrate 10x rep performance

Create replicable processes and playbooks that will become the foundation for future team scaling

Drive Product-Market Fit Through Customer Insights 💡

Partner closely with Solutions and Engineering teams to ensure the product evolves based on your direct customer feedback

Lead complex proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate transformational ROI

Develop case studies and success stories from your wins that become the foundation of our marketing materials

Shape Company Strategy 🧭

Collaborate with the commercial team on US pricing strategy, go-to-market approach, and product roadmap

Contribute to fundraising efforts with your deep market insights and customer relationships

Help define our North American expansion strategy through your front-line market intelligence

What we're looking for

You've been a top-performing full cycle account executive at a B2B SaaS company, preferably selling to commercial real estate companies, with a track record of dramatically exceeding targets. You've mastered the art of efficient selling, can adapt and iterate at breakneck speeds, and have consistently been the #1 rep wherever you've worked. This isn't just preferred - it's required. We need someone who can prove what's possible when exceptional talent meets the right opportunity. 🏃‍♀️

Must Have

Proven track record as a top-performing full cycle account executive at early-stage to growth-stage B2B SaaS companies, with consistent quota achievement of 150%+

Enterprise sales expertise with consistent success closing six and seven-figure deals ($100K - $1M+ ACV) as an individual contributor

Curious mindset to be reinventing processes and experimenting with different ideas

Rapid iteration skills - you can test new approaches, learn from results, and adapt your strategy weekly, not quarterly

Strategic thinking combined with flawless execution - you can develop your own approach AND close the biggest deals yourself

Technical product expertise - experience selling complex and technical vertical products (AI / ML, deeptech, fintech, or similar) to sophisticated buyers

Willing to travel extensively (25%+ of time) to build relationships and close enterprise deals across the US, with some travel to the London office

Deep understanding of commercial real estate and the challenges facing institutional real estate companies, through direct experience or significant experience selling to the industry

A shared vision for how AI will change the world with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions

Based in or around New York with established professional networks - with an understanding that deals often need doing in person

Real estate industry experience or deep connections in the US property sector

Venture-backed startup experience through multiple funding rounds

International sales experience managing across different time zones and markets

Strong personal brand and thought leadership presence in sales or real estate tech

Previous experience at unicorn or IPO companies during high-growth phases

Growth hacking or demand generation experience to support your own pipeline

Advanced CRM and sales automation expertise (HubSpot)

What we offer you

$130K - $150K base salary + uncapped commission structure targeting $250K+ OTE 💷
