Descripción del trabajoTech Stack : Mastery of Python; deep experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex , or custom Agent frameworks. LLM Engineering : Proven experience manipulating LLM APIs for complex tasks (chain-of-thought construction, few-shot prompting). Data Operations : Familiarity with RLHF data formats (SFT / DPO / PPO) and data versioning tools. Mindset : A Data-Centric AI philosophyyou understand that code is static, but data is dynamic, and you build tools to manage that complexity.
Mission
To engineer the next generation of AI-Assisted Human Annotation Systems . Our goal is to scale the production of high-quality, personalized, and safety-aligned datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the customer solution - making process and provide guidance on data services;
- Design and develop Agent-Assisted Annotation Workflows;
- Build Automated Quality Evaluation Frameworks;
- Synthetic Data Generation (SDG) Pipeline;
- RAG & Fact-Checking Integration.
