Salary : $85,000 - $95,000 annually + Bonus

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Electrical Field Coordinator to oversee field operations, project planning, and manpower scheduling. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the electrical trade, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

We serve Reading, PA and Surrounding Areas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule manpower across job sites
• Assist in planning and coordinating electrical projects
• Manage daily tasks and field activity reporting
• Oversee material acquisition and inventory control
• Handle inspection scheduling and documentation
• Provide on-site installation support as required
