Job Description

Process, evaluate and makes individual Risk Management Decisions on property inspections for Allstate and Encompass policies for our internal / external customers and business partners. Answer moderate to complex inquires on the status of property inspections, risk eligibility and underwriting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluates, make decisions and processes policies based on Individual Risk Management Policy within the established production requirements.

Investigates and resolves complex requests.

Performs moderate to complex interpretation and decisioning of underwriting guidelines.

Suggests and supports in delivering training opportunities for employees.

Works with leadership in providing training based on the needs of the team.

Identification of process improvement opportunities.

Conducts assessments / validations and coaches others toward improving their skills.

Compares processes to standards, offers analysis and strategic planning and partners with others to make improvements.

Assists and leads in designing and executing solutions that lead to improvements.

Ability to handle team and vendor escalations.

Experience :

0-2 years experience (Preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities :

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $38,792.00 - $43,680.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

• Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
