Director, Global Demand Planning is an oversight role. Primary role and mission are to :

• Provide business leadership on the Global Innovation Forecasting Tool (G.I.F.T.) project design and deployment
• Support tool design, development, documentation, validation, training, and ongoing enhancement priorities
• Represent GBP as a business expert in all volume sizing and alignment process discussions to ensure proper delivery
• Strengthen the connection between the GBP and RDP teams focused on NPL (Pipe and Post-Pipe) plans
• Drive improvements to overall innovation plan performance and KPIs, ensuring NPL plans are right-sized
