Pile Foreman

Primary Purpose

The Pile Foreman oversees and directs a pile driving crew in the installation steel H-pile and pipe pile for heavy civil and marine construction projects. Responsible for leading daily pile driving activities, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently, maintaining equipment, following work plans and schedules. Serves as the key link between field crews, project management, and site supervision.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and supervise pile driving crews on-site
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, equipment, and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications
• Monitor quality of work and provide direction to resolve issues
• Communicate progress and needs with site supervisors
• Train and mentor hourly craft to build skills and maintain productivity
• Oversee equipment use and maintenance
