A company is looking for a Financial Services Professional (Non-Sales).
Key Responsibilities
Support financial advisors with inquiries regarding deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers
Troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate processing of transactions
Review forms for completeness and assist in compliance and tax allocation reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Ability to handle 25-40 inbound calls daily
Availability for shifts from 8 : 00am to 8 : 00pm EST, Monday to Friday
Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace
Located within 30 miles of Tempe, AZ
