Experience :

5-10 years in heavy civil (TxDOT, storm drainage, bridges, roads, paving, earthwork, retaining walls, etc.).

Has led large roadway / toll / mobility projects; strong in schedule, budget, client relationships.

Managed $10M-$100M projects, typically around $50M.

Work style : Field / office

Tools :

Viewpoint, Primavera, Bluebeam.
