Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy)

Location : Stafford, VA

Setting : In-home, in-school, or center-based

Hours : Afternoon / Evening

Compensation : $20 to $32 per hour

Job Summary :

Join a mission-driven team supporting children with autism in their natural environments. As a Behavior Technician, you will :

Work one-on-one with children in their home, school, or one of our centers

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support the development of new skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 18 years of age

Reliable transportation

Childcare experience required

ABA experience preferred
